Instructions
Measure and combine: Add all ingredients to a small bowl or jar. If using MSG or parsley, add them now.
Whisk or shake: Whisk until evenly mixed, breaking up any clumps.
If using a jar, seal and shake for 15–20 seconds.
Taste and tweak: Dip a warm fry or a plain chip into a pinch to test. Adjust salt, sugar, or heat as needed.
Season the fries: Toss hot, freshly cooked fries in a large bowl with 1–2 teaspoons of seasoning per pound of fries. Add more to taste.
Finish with a little fat (optional): A quick mist of oil or melted butter helps the seasoning stick and adds richness.
Toss again and serve immediately.
