Peach Coconut Smoothie Recipe

Peach Coconut Smoothie - A Creamy, Sunny Breakfast Blend

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 45 minutes
Servings 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Frozen peaches (about 2 cups; fresh peaches work too, but frozen give a thicker texture)
  • Full-fat coconut milk (1 cup; from a can for the creamiest result)
  • Coconut water or regular water (1/2 cup to help it blend)
  • Banana (1 small, preferably frozen, for extra creaminess; optional if you want it less sweet)
  • Honey or maple syrup (1–2 teaspoons, optional, to taste)
  • Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon for warm, rounded flavor)
  • Lime juice (1–2 teaspoons for brightness; optional but recommended)
  • Ice (a handful, only if using fresh fruit)
  • Pinch of salt (optional, to enhance sweetness and balance)

Instructions

  • Chill your ingredients: For the creamiest texture, use frozen peaches and a cold banana. If your coconut milk has separated, shake the can well.
  • Add liquids first: Pour the coconut milk and coconut water into your blender. Starting with liquids helps the blades move easily.
  • Add fruit and flavor: Add the peaches, banana, vanilla, lime juice, and a tiny pinch of salt. If you’re using fresh peaches, toss in a few ice cubes.
  • Sweeten to taste: Add honey or maple syrup if you want it sweeter. You can always blend first and adjust later.
  • Blend until smooth: Start on low, then increase to high for 30–60 seconds until silky. If it’s too thick, splash in more coconut water.
  • Taste and tweak: Add a little more lime for brightness or sweetener for balance. Blend briefly to combine.
  • Serve right away: Pour into chilled glasses. For a finishing touch, sprinkle shredded coconut or add a peach slice on the rim.
